Convivio is the innovative wine cellar that won first prize in the Let's design contest by Cosentino and was presented during Milanodesignweek 2023 during the Fuorisalone in Milan.

 

Designed to generate exclusive moments of food and wine tasting, the freestanding module fits perfectly into the domestic context of a kitchen area with an island, and is suitable for private sales situations such as showrooms and public events such as fairs and inaugurations. The innovation of the product consists in digitalization: via an app, it is possible to select the desired wine from one of the two refrigerated compartments and, as if by magic, the bottle will come out from the upper floor. Other functions are: shop, “sommelier” or a recommendation for pairing wine with food or vice versa or “organoleptic tasting”, the guided analysis of the wine. The addition of remote control allows you to have the bottle ready on the top at the right temperature and at the desired time. In the lower part, a drawer with a push becomes a reserve for bottles stored horizontally, for long-term conservation. A multifunctional module for a 360-degree food and wine experience.
